K’CELL Signs with TTG International
TTG International to speed provisioning and enchancing services to customer base for Kazakhstan GSM giant
Leading Kazakhstan GSM operator K’CELL completes first phase of OSS, upgrade.
TTG International, the market leader in OSS-tools automation for telecommunications companies, today announced the successful implementation of its T-TOMS platform at K’CELL.
K’CELL is currently Kazakhstan’s largest GSM operator, with more than 1.5 million subscribers in the region. K’CELL, established in 1998, offers wireless, data and Vas services to corporate, business and individual clients throughout Kazakhstan. The company was founded by a partnership of Turkcell (51% share) and national Kazakhstan Telecom Provider, Kazakhtelecom (49% share). Turkcell transfered all its shares to the affiliated company FINTUR Holdings BV at 2000.
TTG International will provide K’CELL automated inventory provisioning and service assurance capability tools, which will enable K’CELL to deliver faster and better services to its clients and subscribers.
